Greenie

Vegetables should be eaten, we all know that. And here's a really easy and quick way to get them - without having to chew through the world's biggest salad. 

Say hello to greenie. 

BREAKFAST GREENIE RECIPE

2 servings. 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 squash i tern
  • 130 g frozen spinach
  • 130 g frozen broccoli
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 tsp. Brain blend 
  • 1 dl liquid (nut milk or water). If you want it more liquid, just add more liquid. 

 

COURSE OF ACTION:

Blend all ingredients in one Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve the greenie in a bowl with yours favorite topping.

 

BLENDER TIPS: 

Have you does not a powerful blender, it can help to take out the spinach and broccoli for a while before you pour it into the blender, so that it is not completely frozen. More fluid can also help get it all moving around. 

My absolute favorite blender is from Vitamix and is my absolute BEST purchase compared to kitchen utensils. It blends everything smoothly and deliciously. And beats all other multi-lane blenders! Some also call it the Ferrari of blenders.
