Who loves hummus?
This one has a slight twist.
The hummus can keep approx. a week in a closed container in the refrigerator. But you sure have eat it before!
TURMERIC HUMMUS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

500 g soaked and cooked chickpeas
- 2 squash, i tern
- 2 cloves of garlic
- The juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. tahin
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. flake salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. Brain blend
COURSE OF ACTION:
Put all ingredients in a foodprocessor and blend it completely evenly and creamy. If necessary, stop one a few times and scrape the sides. Taste add the hummus with salt, lemon and cumin. Arrange it in a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks.
