It is also a very good alternative to coffee and beer perfect if you want to cut back on the caffeine a little.
You will need this:
- 1 tsp. Chai blend
- 30 ml. boiling water
- 170 ml. hot herbal drink
Here's how you do it:
Take 1 teaspoon of Chai blend, pour a little boiling water (e.g. 30 ml) into your cup and stir well. Then add your favorite plant drink, warmed and preferably whipped up. Taste if necessary. with the sweetener you prefer. Enjoy!
If you don't have a milk frother - then no don't worry, you just warm up the milk in a pot.
