It's no secret that I love waffles.
Whether it's morning waffles, lunch waffles or for dinner.
Here is the recipe for my favorite waffles for breakfast.

RECIPE FOR COCOA BREAKFAST WAFFLES WITH BERRY CREAM
4 waffles.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 dl chickpea flour (another gluten-free type of flour can be used)
- 2-3 dl water (depending on the flour)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Purple blend
- 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
- And nip dance
BERRY CREAM:
- 2 dl berries of your choice

1 dl coconut (the fatty part in a can coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp. lecithin granules (can be omitted - but gives a creamy consistency)
COURSE OF ACTION:
Turn on your waffle iron. Add all ingredients to the waffles in a bowl and stir well so that it becomes a smooth mass.
When the waffle iron is ready, come the dough and wait until they are done. Add all the ingredients to the berriesthe cream in your blender and blend while the waffles are being baked.
Butter if necessary. the finished waffles with coconut oil and then add it finished cream on top. Garnish with your favorite topping and enjoy!
