RECIPE FOR VEGETARIAN CURRY DELLS
22-24 pcs.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 dl red lentils
- 5 dl vegetable broth
- 1 cauliflower, finely chopped (equivalent to 8 d)
- 2 large carrots, coarsely grated (equivalent to 2.5 dl)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, finely grated
- 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
- 6 tbsp. chickpea flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. curry
- 1 tsp. Brain blend
- Salt and pepper
- Coconut oil for frying
COURSE OF ACTION:
Cook the lentils in the vegetable broth for approx. 15-20 min. or until they are fully cooked and have a porridge-like consistency. Mix all ingredients together and shape the stuffing for meatballs.
Fry them in 5-6 min. on each side in coconut oil on a medium hot pan or bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 min.
Serve with a nice salad.
